Direct Manufacturer Delivery Our luxury furniture and lighting store operates exclusively online and does not have a physical warehouse. Therefore, all orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. If your order contains products from multiple manufacturers, you will receive multiple deliveries. Because we are dependent on our manufacturer partners' current stock levels, some products listed on our site may not be immediately available. For questions regarding stock availability, please contact us via our contact form before placing your order; we will contact the appropriate manufacturer and get back to you.

Standard Shipping Small package products Carganomy The shipment is sent via standard road transport through a courier company. Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days, and items in stock are delivered within 3-5 days of the shipping date (depending on the origin and destination). You will be notified by email of any delays. Since standard cargo delivery does not require a signature, if you cannot receive the package in person, we recommend making arrangements for the package to be collected shortly after delivery.
